Peecube opens links in a pop-up window next to the cursor — from the browser, Telegram and other apps. The window has tabs, ad and cookie-banner blocking, translation, page analysis and photo and video downloads. A Firefox extension does the same, including on Android.

⌥ + right-click a link in Telegram or the browser — a window opens by the cursor. Esc or click outside to close, ⌘↩ to move it to a tab, ⌘⇧P to pin.
